All coaches, referees, both Adult and Youth, board members and team moms
need to register on EAYSO. Complete the volunteer form, print and sign two copies and make a photocopy of a valid photo ID and mail them to:

Please DO NOT use the restrooms belonging to the schools where the fields are located. The region does not have a permit for this and after some recent complaints/incidents, our continued use of the fields is in question.
Soccer parents are not allowed to use parking area, used by the ESP parents. Soccer parents should not be using the ESP parking area to drop off.
Please practice away from the fencing so that the balls do not end up in the neighbors’ yards and under no circumstances should the players be climbing the fence to retrieve balls. The region will lose use of the fields if this occurs.

To sign up your player or register as a volunteer. All Volunteers, both Adult and Youth, are required to complete the AYSO Volunteer Application Form.
All Coaches and Referees, both Adult and Youth, are required to be Safe Haven certified.
Dogs are NOT allowed on AYSO Region fields at any time. Are also not allowed on any School District property.

Registration Information:
Anyone still wishing to register for Fall 2009 will be placed on a wait list. Once we determine if there is availability we will contact you to formally register. Fees are $115. Please send and email to:
You must include your child’s name, date of birth, your name, your phone number, and an alternate phone number.
Game/Practice Information:
Games begin September 12, 2009. Coaches will contact players sometime after 8/3/09. Not all teams begin practice at the same time due to vacation schedules. If your child has not been called by August 20, you may leave a message at 714/925-0072 or send an email to the registrar.
Refunds:
Refunds may be obtained by emailing a request to the registrar at:
The following information must be included in the request: player’s name, date of birth, name and address of person requesting refund.
Refunds will only be issued for players who have not participated in any games or practices and have returned the full uniform (in new, unused condition) to the team coach before the first game. Fund-raiser cards will not be refunded once you have received them. All uniform and card information must be verified by the coach before the refund can be processed.

Make plans to attend the 2009 National Coaching Course!
The dates for the 2009 course are June 20-26, 2009 and will be held at Chapman University in Orange, CA. Attending this course will give you the opportunity to meet other advanced coaches from around the country, share ideas, increase your knowledge and skill level and leave with a renewed passion for the game. Remember, it’s for the kids!
